Customer Reviews
Always a reliable choice
I've ordered from Cheryl's several times over the years, mostly for holiday gifts. This last time I sent a 'Mother's Day' cookie assortment to my mom. Their consistency is why I keep coming back. The cookies always arrive fresh and well-packaged, just like my previous orders. They deliver on time, and the quality of the frosted cut-outs is always a hit. It's nice knowing what to expect.
So happy with these cookies!
I ordered a 'DIY cookie decorating kit' for a party last weekend and it was a total hit! The cookies were fresh and the frosting and sprinkles were plentiful. Everyone had so much fun. I will definitely be ordering from Cheryl's again, probably for Christmas. The delivery was quick too!
Mostly good, one small issue
I bought a 'chocolate chip cookie' tin as a thank you gift. The ordering was easy and the website was clear. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was okay. The recipient said the cookies were delicious and individually wrapped, which was a nice touch for freshness. My only minor gripe was that the tracking update wasn't super detailed, but the package did arrive. Overall, a positive experience, and the cookies were well-received. Good value for a thoughtful gift.
Quick, delicious cookies
Got a 'snickerdoodle' cookie box. Arrived in 4 days. Cookies were fresh and tasted great. No issues with packaging. Happy with the purchase.
Good value with the discount
This was my first time buying from Cheryl's. I was looking for a decent gift for a friend's birthday and saw they had a 'birthday cookie gifts' section. I signed up for their email and got a 15% off first order discount, which made the 'Birthday Cake Frosted Cookie' box pretty affordable. The shipping wasn't free, but the discount helped balance it out. The cookies arrived on time and my friend loved them. For the price I paid, it felt like good value.
Good cookies, fast delivery
I ordered the 'Thinking of You' cookie box for my sister, which had a nice assortment of frosted and chocolate chip cookies. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, I found what I wanted quickly. It took 3 days to reach her in Chicago, which was quicker than I expected. The cookies arrived in good condition, none were broken. She said the buttercream frosting was as good as she remembered from years ago. I didn't need to contact support, so can't comment there. Overall, a solid experience for sending a gift.

Are their gluten-free cookies actually any good? Or do they taste like cardboard?
Does Cheryl's do a military discount? My husband is active duty and a lot of places offer one.
Can you actually freeze these cookies? Like, will they still taste good after thawing?
what's the deal with their free shipping? is it always available or just sometimes?
How do Cheryl's cookies compare to Mrs. Fields? I'm trying to decide which one to send for a gift.
